Such a sudden loss - my heartfelt condolences to his family. Julian was in a challenging role but didn’t compromise his character values when having to make tough calls. He was good at spotting issues and putting things right (or at least better!) before letting things progress and managed to ask a question or query with regards to a great many topics. He looked after those in his team and was very knowledgeable and competent at so many things. I'm sure he'll be missed.
